Having spent my early career working in fashion, as a corporate personnel and development professional then moving into creating my own wellness business has given me experience at all paces of life. Often we can feel life is so frantic that self-care seems to take a back-seat, when it’s actually so fundamental in helping us find joy, energy and focus. At other times life may throw curve balls that leave us feeling empty and wondering what to do next. As a qualified wellness and life coach, I support others in developing a tool kit that works for them.
