I’ve been running my own wellness coaching business for the past 5 years, helping individuals to create balanced lifestyles, with more time for themselves and others.

 

A large part of my coaching has been within mindfulness and resilience, sharing ideas through courses within nature settings. This has highlighted the calming influence of nature and the huge healing benefits available through mindfulness. I’m also a qualified Grid Coach through ‘Make Time Count’ which helps individuals develop productivity skills around quadrants of personal life, self-care, career and work, helping them to create more energy and wellness in themselves.

Through coaching, I aim to support others in creating a balanced and flourishing life, with strong meaningful connections, which bring them joy and energy.

As a mindfulness and resilience practitioner, I've seen the amazing benefits, from calming the mind, to finding new focus and clarity. I'd encourage everyone to have a go and notice the difference it can make to their life.
